I am interested in your Easy Ship/Stylish/Other dog kennel. Do you have them in stock?
We work hard to ensure our website is always up to date. If you see an item on our website, we have it in stock unless it is specifically noted in the product details. On the rare occasion, we may sell more of an item during a day than is available for shipment. In the unlikely event this occurs, we will contact you immediately to advise you of the situation. You may choose to wait for the product, accept and alternative product, or cancel your order and get a full refund. If you decide to wait for a product on backorder, we will keep you informed regularly on the progress of your order.
Do you have covers available for your modular kennels?
Our covers are available in two sizes: 5’ x 5’ and 10’ x 5’. They are designed to fit our Easy Ship kennel kits and our Modular ProBreeder Panels and Gates (when set up in a 5’ x 5’ or 10’ x 5’ configuration).
I have a Rottweiler – will he chew through the kennel?
You are the best judge of how aggressive your dog can be. You may want to consider one of our 4’ x 4’ or 8’ x 4’ Stylish Dog kennel kits or our Modular ProBreeder Panels and Gates. Not only do these products offer a sturdier mesh, the 2” x 4” configuration of the mesh makes it difficult to get a good grip with their jaws.
Will my dog be able to push the kennel over?
If your dog tends to be aggressive and has pushed over kennels in the past, you may want to consider purchasing one of our heavier products, such as our Modular ProBreeder Panels and Gates. Another alternative is to secure your kennel to the ground with our Ground Anchor Kits. Compare our products to determine the best kennel for you and your pet.
I have one/two/ten dogs. What size kennel should I choose?
The larger your dog is, the more space you will want to give him to move around. If you are buying a kennel for a puppy, be sure to consider how large he will be when fully grown. Your dog should have enough space to move around freely, and have plenty of room to eat and sleep. Similarly, if you are purchasing the kennel for more than one dog, each will need to have enough space to move about independently and play comfortably. Most of our customers select a kennel that gives them between 16 and 25 square feet per dog. So if you have one medium-sized dog, a 4’ x 4’ or 5’ x 5’ space may be suitable. For two medium-sized dogs, you may want to consider an 8’ x 4’ or 10’ x 5’ enclosure. Don’t forget to consider the amount of available space you have in your yard. Should I choose a 4’ high or 6’ high kennel?
The height of your kennel will depend on the energy-level and size of your dog(s). For instance, if you are purchasing a kennel for a high-energy jumping Jack Russell terrier, a higher kennel (e.g. 6 feet high) may be a better idea than a lower one (e.g. 4 feet high). Similarly, if you have a large dog who may climb up and lean on the sides of a kennel, a higher kennel (e.g. 6 feet high) may also be a better idea than a lower one (e.g. 4 feet high).
Which kennel is the strongest?
The smaller the wire gauge, the thicker the wire. If you have an especially aggressive dog, consider a lower wire gauge (and therefore thicker) mesh kennel. Our strongest available products are our Modular ProBreeder Panels and Gates, followed by our 4’ x 4’ or 8’ x 4’ Stylish Dog kennel kits (coming soon!). Will my kennel rust?
All of our Kennel Kits and Modular Systems are galvanized and many are also powder-coated. Galvanizing is a process by which the steel mesh is immersed in molten zinc to prevent rust. Powder-coating is the process of coating a surface with powdered paint which is baked onto the surface. Powder coated surfaces are abrasive resistant and extremely durable. Our kennel kits and modular panels are also galvanized AFTER the welding process to ensure welds also remain strong and rust-free.
Are your covers waterproof?
Our Weatherguard Covers are durable, waterproof, and provide your dog with rain coverage and shade from the sun.
Are the kennels easy to move if I want to bring my kennel indoors for the winter?
Because of the ease of assembly and dismantling, our 4’ x 4’ or 8’ x 4’ Stylish Dog kennel kits are your best choice if you are planning on moving the kennel indoors at a later date. And because they are composed of individual 2’ preassembled panels, are easy to store when not in use, as well as easy to transport if you move. Our Easy Ship kennel kits are difficult to dismantle and reassemble after they are set-up, and would not be a convenient option to bring indoors at a later date. Similarly our Modular Systems are too large to fit through most residential doorways.
Are the kennels easy to assemble?
All of our kennel kits and modular systems are easy to put together, but some may take longer than others. Our 4’ x 4’ or 8’ x 4’ Stylish Dog kennel kits and Modular Systems are the easiest kennels to put together and dismantle because they are composed of pre-assembled panels connected with clamps. Our Easy Ship chain link kennels are also easy to assemble, but will take longer to assemble than our other options as a greater degree of assembly is required.

Where are you located?
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Toronto, Canada.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
For orders placed prior to 4:00 pm EST, we usually ship next business day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm EST ship either next business day or the following business day.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, shipping to most urban centres takes 1-4 business days (generally 1 business day for Ontario, up to 4 for Newfoundland or BC). For customers in rural areas, shipping may take an additional 3-5 days transit time. We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your order which will provide the shipper’s estimated transit time.
Is the shipping cost included?
Shipping is included for ALL Easy Ship and Stylish Dog Kennel Kits, ALL Weatherguard Covers and ALL Accessories to customers in all Canadian Provinces. For customers in the Canadian Territories (YK, NWT, NU), please call us toll-free at 1-866-934-8333 or email us at info@dogcondo.ca with your name, address, phone number, email address and the items you are interested in, and someone will get back to you with a shipping quote.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within Canada at this time.
Do you offer express shipping?
Due to the weight of the packages, express air shipping is generally very expensive. Our regular ground shipping service – FedEx – offers very prompt service. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, shipping to most urban centres takes 1-4 business days (generally 1 business day for Ontario, up to 4 for Newfoundland or BC). For customers in rural areas, shipping may take an additional 3-5 days transit time. What shipping company do you use?
All of our boxed kits, covers and accessories are shipped via FedEx Ground service. Modular kennel panels are shipped using cost-effective local shipping companies.
Can you ship to a PO box?
Due to package sizes, our carriers are unable to deliver to a PO box. Please provide your full shipping address.
I am moving and would like my kennel shipped to my new address. Is this possible?
We would be happy to ship to your new address! However, to ensure safe transactions for all of our customers, we can ONLY ship to the credit card billing address. For this reason, please ensure you have provided your credit card provider with your new address prior to placing your order.

Do you have a representative who could visit our location and make some suggestions?
In order to keep costs low to ensure the best possible pricing for our customers, we have chosen to focus our business on online sales. For this reason, we do not have traveling sales reps at this time.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Do I have to pay any additional costs?
For all products where shipping is included, your only extra charge will be sales taxes. As an Ontario-based shop, we must charge the following taxes, which will automatically be calculated on your online order:

Do you take credit card orders over the phone?
As an online retailer, sales are processed directly through our secure website. Do you accept cash, cheques or money orders?
- CASH - We accept cash in person only. Please visit our office between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm to pick up your kennel.
- CHEQUES - We accept certified cheques only. You may either visit us in our office between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm to pick up your kennel, or mail your certified cheque to us at Dog Condo, 61 Melford Drive, Toronto, M1B 2G6. Be sure to include your name, full shipping address (no PO boxes), phone number, email address and which product you would like to purchase. Don’t forget to include appropriate sales tax (see above for tax table). Your order will be processed upon receipt of your certified cheque. It is always a good idea to email us at info@dogcondo.ca to let us know to expect it.

Do you provide discounts if I pick up my order myself?
There is no discount provided for pick-up orders for any of our Easy Ship and Stylish Dog Kennel Kits, Weatherguard Covers and Accessories. We will not charge shipping on any of our Modular Systems if you are able to pick up your order yourself.

How safe is my online transaction?

Due to the prevalence of online fraud, we have enacted the following security measures:
- We will only ship to the credit card billing address.
- Verified by Visa® - a global online authentication service that makes online shopping more secure for both Visa merchants and cardholders.
- MasterCard® SecureCode™ - provides additional protection against the unauthorized use of your card when shopping online.
- In the case of fraudulent purchases, the proper authorities will be informed and legal action will be taken.
I tried to pay with my credit card, but it was declined. Why?
All of our online payments are processed through a secure transaction company. Credit cards may be declined for several reasons. Most often it is because the billing address provided does not match the address on your credit card bill. Your credit card may also be declined if the processing company identifies a recent declined payment, which could indicate your credit card is being used by others for fraudulent purposes. If you are sure your account is clear and your credit card continues to be declined, please contact your credit card provider for assistance.
If I purchase a product through your site, will I start receiving spam/junk mail?
Dog Condo is committed to the security and privacy of your personal information, and will never rent, sell or trade your personal information under any circumstance. If you have recently purchased products from us, you may periodically receive information from us about new products and special offers. If you would prefer not to receive these communications, you can stop them at any time by emailing us at info@dogcondo.ca.
Warranties/Refunds/Returns
I have set up my kennel and realize that it is too small/too large. How can I return it?
Refunds will only be issued for returns packaged in the original packaging, un-opened, un-used, un-assembled and with all original documentation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a refund or provide you with a credit towards other merchandise. You must request the return within 30 days of your original order, or within 7 days of the arrival of your shipment, whichever comes first. Please email us at info@dogcondo.ca with your name and a description of the problem, and we will contact you to arrange your return. We will happily refund your purchase, less the cost of shipping to AND from your location. A 20% restocking fee may also apply. Refunds will be shown as a credit against the credit card to which the original order was charged.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?
The manufacturer will replace any defective part under its warranty. If you experience any problems or require replacement parts, please call us at 1-866-934-8333, email us at info@dogcondo.ca or call the manufacturer directly 1-800-955-2879 for technical assistance. The manufacturer, DGI Worldwide Inc. warranties all of our Easy Ship kennel kits, Stylish Dog kennel kits, ProBreeder panels and gates, Weatherguard covers and other accessories to be free of defects in workmanship and further warrants that under normal use will be free of problems for one full year from date of purchase by original purchaser.
I just placed an online order. Can I cancel it?
All orders are processed upon receipt. An order may only be cancelled if it has not yet shipped from our warehouse. If your order has already shipped, our refund/exchange policies will apply.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We are not wholesaling at this time.
How can I get removed from your mailing list?
Please email us at info@dogcondo.ca with your company name and postal code, and we will remove you from our list right away.
